The hotel is situated in a central location, near beautiful landmarks and the river. We enjoyed a tasty breakfast with a variety of options, and stunning city views from the restaurant. Our room was clean and cozy, with comfortable furniture, a refreshing pool area, and a nice lobby.
Communicating with the reception staff was challenging due to the language barrier.

We loved staying in this hotel! Best aspects were the great location near the city center, the amazing view from the restaurant at the top floor, and the delicious breakfast with many choices. The staff was helpful too.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was great! the breakfast view was breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the city from the top floor. the assorted breakfast and delicious variety of food was amazing, making it the perfect start to the day. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the downtown area, with key attractions and the bridge over the river only a short walk away.
The staff could improve in terms of offering more information about the area. the noise from the downtown area at night was quite loud, but this is not the hotel's fault.

Great value for money! The breakfast area was bright and airy, with fantastic views of the city. The pool area was a lovely spot to unwind after a busy day out and about exploring the city. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the main square, cathedral, and the impressive bridge over the beautiful Sao Francisco river.
The staff were not very communicative, and my poor Portuguese skills didn't help matters. , the lack of English among the staff made it difficult to get the information I needed.
